3 week series – 1.5 hours per week

This online Q&A discussion group will give you an opportunity to ask *any* questions to help you manage challenges you are facing in life. Aisha’s answers to support you will include advice from various perspectives – personal development, positive psychology, Islamic & spiritual, Women’s Challenges (depending on the nature of the question).

Women’s Challenges: Question focus area samples: 

  1. How can I improve or overcome a negative habit (personal, health, emotional life etc)
  2. How can I motivate myself in my life, family, health, work, relationships etc
  3. How can I better deal with stress or any negative emotions or behaviours effectively?
  4. How can I be more confident in my relationships?
  5. How can I improve a specific behaviour in my personal or professional life ? etc

Plus feel free to ask any other questions related to general challenges you are facing
